The most AMAZING KALE TAHINI salad!


My friend Anastasia whipped this outta thin air the other weekend and it was so easy to make and delicious that I had to share.


Ingredients:

1 Bunch of Kale

1 Lemon

1 Clove of Garlic

1/2 cup of Tahini

Salt

2 Ice cubes

Walnuts

1 Tbsp Olive Oil


How to make:

-Tear the kale leaves away from the stem (I personally don't like the bitterness from the stem so I take out)

-Chop the kale thin

- Massage Kale with olive oil


Dressing:

-in a food processor, blender or whatever you got, throw in the tahini, juice of the lemon, peeled garlic clove, salt to taste (we added a lot) and two ice cubes and blend.

Then drizzle on top of kale and add chopped or crushed walnuts.
