Quick Hummus Bowl
Just looking at these colors in this hummus bowl make my soul happy! This lunch or dinner idea is easy to throw together and you will have all your co-workers eyeing your food. You can really out whatever you want in this just start with a base of hummus and add cucumber, tomato, olives, red onion, feta and some quinoa or brown rice and you will stay full for hours.
