High PROTEIN Pumpkin Muffins
There is something about the month of September and the cooler temperatures that make everyone start to go crazy for pumpkin flavors. Which is why I'm sharing this healthy and delicious recipe, your whole family will love.

These muffins are packed with protein and also have hemp seeds on top which add additional protein. These muffins will keep you full and you can feel great about eating them.

Here's the recipe:
1 1/2 cups of almond flour
1/2 cup vanilla protein powder
1 tsp of baking soda
1/2 tsp salt

3 tsps of pumpkin pie spice
1 cup of pumpkin purée
3 eggs
2T olive oil
1/2 cup honey or maple syrup
Topping:
1/4 cup of pumpkin seeds
1/4 cup hemp hearts
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350
2. Measure the dry ingredients into a bowl and mix together
3. Add in the pumpkin and eggs and whisk together
4. Add the olive oil and honey and mix into the batter
5. Line muffin tins with liners or grease with oil
6. Evenly distribute batter into 12 cups
7. Add toppings and bake for 20-25 minutes
