7 Things to bring on your next vacation to stay on track with your wellness

Summer is here and that means vacations and travel! But that can also bring some anxiety around getting out of routines and keeping your wellness top of mind. So here are my travel essentials to bring with you on your trip.





1) Large water bottle- so you can refill and have on hand with you at all times to stay hydrated. 2) Hand or ankle weights- to do a quick pilates workout in your hotel room, on the beach or even hotel balcony. 3) Journal- each morning do a quick 5 min. meditation and journal about how you want to feel that day. 4) Athletic Greens travel packs- These are a great probiotic and multivitamin good for getting things moving (if you know what I mean) 5) A book that inspires you to be your best self 6) Walking shoes/ socks to go for a quick walk whenever you can find the time! 7) Non-perishable snacks like nuts or beef jerky to keep in your purse incase you are stuck somewhere without food you won't be starving and end up binging the entire bread basket at the restaurant.
