4 Ways to NOT Overeat on Thanksgiving

This is a loaded title because obviously we are going to eat and should eat lots of yummy food on Turkey day. However, if you want to not binge or go crazy here are some very easy ideas and ways to stay committed to your goals. In all honesty, I'm writing this mainly for myself!








I hope this gives you some tangible ideas to keep you on track during a holiday that is centered around eating.


For me: I am going to stick to my regular Intermittent fasting schedule. So I will eat around 11am and have a hearty breakfast with eggs, spinach and toast.


I will hydrate with water ALL day and then around 1pm I will have another meal, likely my left over pork roast with veggies and a salad.


I bought shrimp cocktail as my appetizer to munch on and then I will enjoy ALL the foods we have at the table. :)
