10 Minute Workout for BUSY GALS


I know something about you. I know that your time is valuable and if you can get something like a workout done in 10 minutes, that is a big win!


One thing I see so many women lacking in their health journey is no weights! Trust me when I say you will not bulk up by lifting weights. You would have to eat so many calories and lift such heavy weights to do that. Many women say their "metabolism" is to blame as they get older but it's not your metabolism it's your lack of muscle. Muscle burns FAT and we lose muscle as we age. So what can you do?



You need to pair your personal nutritional needs with weight training. What does that mean? Eat the right amount for your body and activity level.


So, let's start building that muscle back!



Here are some easy moves you can do for 1 minute and then repeat once more and bam you're done. I've uploaded the video for you to watch for reference.



1) Squat/ hammer curls

2) Side to side half squats

3) Lunge step backs with side twist



4) Back row into flys



5) Curtsy lunges with bicep curls
